Delivery time is 3 to 8 days for Germany, Andorra, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania , Latvia, Denmark and Estonia, and generally for all countries of the European Union. For DROM COM and other countries in the rest of the world, the delivery time will vary from 5 to 22 days depending on the destination of the shipment.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from the Colissimo service. However, the sending of this email may not be systematic, however your package will be shipped if you have received a payment confirmation email from us.

By opting for delivery by Colissimo, you are choosing a carrier who offsets the CO2 emissions of all delivered packages in order to reduce the environmental impact.

Beyond the deadline, if you have not received any package or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the Colissimo service but you have not received it, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. as soon as possible by email. We are not able to issue a refund or credit for packages for which the Colissimo service has confirmed delivery.
