Everyone knows Bissap, the sweet and fragrant drink found throughout West Africa, often under different names. We named our perfume after this famous beverage, drawing inspiration from its color and deliciousness. The elegant hibiscus flower, whose calyx is harvested and dried before being used to prepare the drink, was also a source of inspiration.
Bissap is a gourmand, woody fragrance. The top notes are dominated by pink peppercorns, while the heart and base reveal accords of vanilla and oud. The remainder is composed of confidential ingredients that lend a unique complexity to this perfume.

Bissap opens with a floral and slightly tangy explosion, where pink peppercorn and hibiscus mingle with the freshness of lemon.

The Bissap eau de parfum could have smelled like Bissap (that would have been funny), but actually not at all.
At a showroom, I had the pleasure of meeting the creator of this perfume house, who explained that he wanted to draw inspiration from one of his favorite drinks, Bissap, to create this woody gourmand fragrance. Well done, his personal interpretation is a triumph; it smells divine!

I have a problem with this brand. I'm going to blow all my savings on it. I've already bought Bissap and Harmattan . They smell amazing.
And for those who are wondering, they are mixed although Harmattan is more male-oriented.
